Yes, we require that all tenants at West Main Storage have a protection plan in place for their storage unit. This can be your personal plan, details of which can be shared during the rental process, or you can choose from one of the protection plans we offer. Can I purchase locks and other supplies at your facility?
Indeed, West Main Storage provides a wide range of storage supplies for purchase at our main office. In addition to locks, we stock various packing and moving necessities such as box cutters, tape, and protective covers for your convenience.
What’s the process for paying my storage bill online?
To make an online payment, simply navigate to the “Pay Bill” section at the top of our website. You will be prompted to log in to your account to choose the unit you’re paying for, or you may proceed as a guest. For your convenience, we also offer the option to prepay for the next month.

In compliance with state lien laws, West Main Storage does hold auctions for units that are overdue in payment. Although not a highlight of our services, they are necessary when the situation arises. Auctions are conducted online, and details can be found by searching our zip code on Lockerfox.com.
Can I sleep in a storage unit?
No! Occupying a storage unit as a living space is prohibited due to safety regulations and housing laws. Storage facilities do not have accommodations to support a residence.
How do I know what size storage unit I need?
